eggs Florentine: Spinach, eggs, pepper and possibly cayenne pepper, butter and toast.

First you wilt the Spinach in a frying pan.  That means you fry it just until it wilts.  If you fry it more, you will ruin it. Only do this enough to wilt it (and heat it up). Take that wilted spinach and put it on a plate.  Now fry up two eggs over easy.  That means you start with the yoke up and then flip the eggs so the yoke is face down (and you should use some lubrication).  Put those eggs on your plate, over the spinach. I recommend some pepper, at least.  I also recommend serving this with toasted bread with melted butter.  This way you can make a sandwich out of the whole thing. You can also substitute cayenne pepper for ground pepper, but that might not be for everyone.

2) “Tostitos Creamy Southwestern Ranch Dip”, canned pinto beans

Drain, maybe rinse, the beans.  Mix the right amount of the other ingredient.

3) Lentils, Jamaican Jerk sauce, “Mama Blackened Dry Mojo” seasoning

Cook some lentils.  I cooked mine just to the point that you can bit through them easily. Now add Jamaican Jerk sauce. Use enough to give the lentils a light coating after you mix it up.  Add a light layer of “Mama Blackened Dry Mojo” seasoning.  Mix everything up and eat it hot.

4)  “Lawry’s Santa Fe Chili Marinade with lime and garlic,” “Japanese White Sauce,” “ Blossom Sauce,” and baby spinach.

Use a third (1/3) of each of the first three ingredients.  Mix that up.  Put it over baby spinach.

5) Medium Taco Sauce, Olive oil, shredded mozzarella cheese

Go half and half with olive oil and taco sauce.  Whisk as much as you need.  Pour that on your salad.  (I used prewashed baby spinach).  Top it off with some shredded mozzarella cheese.

6) Southwest vinegrette salad dressing, teriyaki sauce-the watery kind, paprika

Whisk that and pour it over salad.

7) Lentils, rice, leafy greens, cayenne pepper, paprika, curry powder, cayenne pepper sauce

Cook the rice and lentils at the same time.  Put that on a plate with your leafy greens (ie arugula, spinach or lettuce).  Whisk the remaining ingredients, and pour on top.

.

8)  Start with pre-washed spinach.  Simply use half olive oil and half vinegar and some ground pepper.

9)  Leafy greens, peanut oil, cayenne pepper

Whisk peanut oil and cayenne pepper as your salad dressing.  If you don’t like spicy, use just a little cayenne.

10) Leafy greens, Peanut oil and blue cheese

Whisk peanut oil and blue cheese

9) Southwest vinegrette salad dressing, teriyaki sauce-the watery kind, paprika

Whisk that and pour it over salad.

10) Lentils, rice, leafy greens, cayenne pepper, paprika, curry powder, cayenne pepper sauce

Cook the rice and lentils at the same time.  Put that on a plate with your leafy greens (ie arugula, spinach or lettuce).  Whisk the remaining ingredients, and pour on top.

11) Pre-washed spinach, sesame oil, cayenne pepper sauce

Half sesame oil, half cayenne pepper sauce dressing

12)  Start with pre-washed spinach.  Simply use half olive oil and half vinegar and some ground pepper.

13) Bread, 2 eggs, corn oil, hot sauce, Thyme, hummus and number 12.

Start toasting some bread.  At the same time start frying 2 eggs over easy in half corn oil, half hot sauce.  After flipping them, lightly coat them with Thyme.  Once your eggs are done, put them on you spinach.  Serve with hummus on 2 pieces of toast.

14) Lentils, cumin, Cajun spice, olive oil, sriracha sauce, parmesan cheese

Cook some lentils.  Once there is no more water,  add just a little cumin.  Use about 3 times more cajun spice. Use enough olive oil to coat it. Use sriracha sauce to make it a little spicy.  Now put parmesan cheese over all of it. Mix it up.

15) Blue cheese salad dressing, olive oil, sriracha sauce

Start with blue cheese in a bowl. Use the olive oil to spread the blue cheese around. Now add the amount of sriracha you want.  Whisk this and pour over your salad.

16) Ranch dressing, lime juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, optional Teriyaki marinade

Start with ranch dressing.  This will be mostly what you are using, but you will enhance this.  Add just a drop or two of lime juice, soy sauce, and sesame oil.  Whisk that up and try it. If you have more of a sweet tooth, add that thick, sugary teriyaki marinade to some extent.  This gives a high quality salad.
