For these recipes, buy chicken wings at a grocery store.  Cut them up so they look like chicken wings at a restaurant.  Serve with ranch dressing and/or blue cheese

1) American style: chicken wings, hot sauce and peanut oil.

Make a marinade that is half hot sauce, half peanut oil.  Put your wings in for 3 hours or more.  Leave in a refrigerator.  Bake at 450F/230C for 20 min on each side.  Baste with the marinade as you turn them over.

2) Asian style: chicken wings, peanut sauce, peanut oil, paprika, hot sauce.

3) Carolyn’s wings: chicken wings, butter, franks hot sauce

Deep Fry or bake wings in peanut oil. Melt  a 1/4 cup of butter in a sauce pan, add equal parts of Frank's Hot sauce into the melted butter. Mix together until blended. Once you have cooked the wings to your liking, (regular or crispy) place wings on towel paper to drain oil. Then add wings to hotsauce and mix together saturating with sauce, then serve.
